Founder | Healthcare Executive | Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Grissel Price is the founder of Innovative Healthcare Management (IHM) and an accomplished healthcare professional with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical leadership, and behavioral health services.
Grissel began her career in the dental field as an administrator, where she developed a strong foundation in operations, patient care, and team leadership. Her passion for improving healthcare systems led her into leadership roles across general medicine, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
She earned her bachelor’s and Master of Science in Health Administration from Florida National University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Continuing her commitment to professional growth and evidence-based care, Grissel later earned a Master of Arts in Special Education Comprehensive with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Throughout her ABA career, Grissel has served as a Clinical Director, where she spent over five years supporting clinical teams, mentoring behavior analysts, and helping develop high-quality ABA programs. Through IHM, she now provides BCBA supervision services, guiding the next generation of behavior analysts as they complete their supervised fieldwork requirements and grow into ethical, compassionate clinicians.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Grissel remains dedicated to giving back to the South Florida community. She has partnered with organizations including Google and local schools to help provide technology resources to students and previously led the charitable organization Gums for a Cause, supporting military service members overseas.
Known for her positivity, leadership, and dedication to helping others succeed, Grissel combines decades of healthcare experience with clinical expertise to strengthen organizations, support providers, and improve the lives of the individuals and families they serve.
